How to set it up

In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger, with Catch Hook.

Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.

Send it to POST /zapier/webhook/subscribe with your account email and the event you want (call_completed or lead_captured) — your account manager can do this for you, or use the API directly if you're technical.

Choose your action in Zapier — add a row to a spreadsheet, create a CRM contact, send a Slack message, whatever fits your workflow.
