By accessing or using the Project platform ("Service"), operated by Global Match Engenharia de Produção (Brazil, CREA-SP 5071200171), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.
SaaS platform with AI agents for automating engineering, architecture, construction, regulatory compliance, and business communication processes (including an AI receptionist), serving customers in Brazil, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Outputs generated by the AI agents are informational recommendations only and do not replace the judgment of a licensed professional (engineer, architect, lawyer, accountant, or physician). Review by a qualified professional is recommended before acting on any output. The Service does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect on individuals.
The software and AI agents are owned by Project Engenharia. Documents and data you upload remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is designed to comply with Brazil's LGPD, the CCPA/CPRA and other US state privacy laws, Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, the UK GDPR, and Australia's Privacy Act 1988. Where we process personal information on your behalf (e.g., your callers' or employees' data), you are the controller/business and we act as processor/service provider; a Data Processing Addendum is available on request.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer protection law.
Project Engenharia is not liable for technical, regulatory, or business decisions made based on the AI agents' recommendations, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law.
The Service is operated from Brazil and offered internationally. You are responsible for complying with the local laws that apply to your use, including data-protection, call-recording, and consumer laws in your country. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected by these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights and courts available to you in your country of residence.
You may cancel at any time (section 3). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with prior notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy (retention section), and you may request an export of your data before deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date and, where appropriate, notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
